Technology-wise, the 2015 Kia Rio has a rear-camera display, optional on the EX and standard on the SX, Bluetooth Wireless Technology, and a UVO infotainment system that provides in-car connectivity. Optional technology items include a push-button start with smart key, voice-command navigation with SiriusXM + Services, and a 4-speaker audio system with A-pillar-mounted tweeters. On the safety front, the Rio come with a ton of standard features like dual front advanced airbags, dual front seat-mounted airbags, and full-length side curtain airbags.

All three 2015 Kia Rio trims are front-wheel drive, and come with an efficient 1.6 liter inline 4-cylinder with 138 horsepower and 123 lb-ft of torque, offering 37 mpg highway and 27 city. The optional Eco Package on the EX model ups the fuel efficiency to 28 miles per gallon city. Two transmissions are available, a 6-speed manual and an electronically controlled 6-speed automatic with overdrive. Your Kia Rio will love the corners with the sport-tuned suspension on the SX model that alters spring rates, damper tuning, and has a thicker front sway bar for a more dynamic handling experience.Â
