New 2016 Kia Forte Design
The classic Kia tiger nose grille is prominent on the 2016 Forte, and is flanked by two futuristic headlamps and lower fog lights. New for 2016 is 16-inch alloy wheels, LED turn signal indicators and keyless entry with a remote trunk release. Inside, new items include a 10-way power adjustable driver's seat on the Premium Plus Package, as well as heated front seats and leather seat trim. Design-wise, this new Forte is everything you loved about the outgoing model, but better!

New 2016 Kia Forte Technology and Safety
In the event of a crash, the dual front advanced airbags, full-length side curtain airbags, and dual front seat-mounted side airbags will give you peace of mind. To avoid the crash, the Forte comes with electronic stability control, vehicle stability management and a traction control system. Even more, the Forte is offered with a brake assist system, hill start assist control and a tire-pressure monitoring system. Incredibly, that isn't even the full list of safety features! For convenience and entertainment, you'll get a 4 speaker audio system standard, as well as Bluetooth connectivity with hands-free steering-wheel-mounted controls. Â

New 2016 Kia Forte Performance
Two engines are provided on the 2015 Kia Forte, including a 1.8-liter and 2.0-liter. On the 1.8-liter, you'll be getting down 145 horsepower and 130 lb-ft of torque with 37 highway and 25 city miles per gallon (with the 6-speed manual). With the 2.0-liter, 173 horsepower and 154 lb-ft of torque is achieved, with 36 miles per gallon highway and 25 city (with the 6-speed automatic). Two transmissions are available, a 6-speed manual that comes standard on the LX model and an electronically controlled 6-speed automatic with Sportmatic available on both trims. What's even more impressive on the 2015 Kia Forte is the MacPherson Strut front suspension that gives a comfortable, smooth ride with more-than-adequate cornering ability.Â
